PROPIEDAD<\/span><\/h3>

Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre el Software, incluidos, entre otros, el c\u00f3digo fuente, la arquitectura, los algoritmos, los dise\u00f1os, las interfaces, la documentaci\u00f3n y los materiales relacionados, son y seguir\u00e1n siendo propiedad exclusiva de Disruptive Studio, Inc.<\/p>

No se transfieren derechos de propiedad al Cliente bajo ninguna circunstancia.<\/p>

LICENCIA<\/h3>

Se concede al Cliente una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y no sublicenciable para utilizar el Software \u00fanicamente para sus operaciones comerciales internas, sujeta a los T\u00e9rminos y a los acuerdos aplicables.<\/p>

RESTRICCIONES<\/h3>

El Cliente no deber\u00e1:<\/p>

copiar, reproducir o distribuir el Software
ingenier\u00eda inversa, descompilar o intentar extraer c\u00f3digo fuente
modificar, adaptar o crear obras derivadas
revender, sublicenciar o explotar comercialmente el Software
eliminar o alterar avisos de propiedad<\/p>

DESARROLLOS A MEDIDA<\/h3>

Todas las personalizaciones, mejoras o modificaciones desarrolladas por Disruptive Studio, ya sea que hayan sido solicitadas por el Cliente o no, seguir\u00e1n siendo propiedad exclusiva de Disruptive Studio.<\/p>

Disruptive Studio se reserva el derecho irrestricto de reutilizar, modificar o comercializar dichos desarrollos.<\/p>

El cliente recibe \u00fanicamente los derechos de uso concedidos expl\u00edcitamente.<\/p>

CONTENIDO DEL CLIENTE<\/h3>

El cliente conserva la propiedad de sus propias marcas comerciales, marca y contenido cargado en el Software.<\/p>

El Cliente otorga a Disruptive Studio un derecho limitado para utilizar dicho contenido \u00fanicamente con el fin de proporcionar el Software.<\/p>

Comentarios<\/h3>

Cualquier comentario, sugerencia o idea proporcionada por el Cliente podr\u00e1 ser utilizada por Disruptive Studio sin restricciones ni compensaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

INFRACCI\u00d3N<\/h3>

El uso no autorizado del Software o de sus componentes constituye una infracci\u00f3n y puede dar lugar a la rescisi\u00f3n inmediata, acciones legales y da\u00f1os y perjuicios.<\/p>

PROTECCI\u00d3N<\/h3>
