DMCA / Copyright Policy

PURPOSE

Disruptive Studio respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

If you believe that content hosted or made available through the Software infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice including:

identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

identification of the allegedly infringing material

your contact information

a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized

a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

your physical or electronic signature

Notices must be sent to the designated contact provided by Disruptive Studio.

RESPONSE

Upon receipt of a valid notice, Disruptive Studio may:

remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material

notify the responsible client

take appropriate enforcement actions

COUNTER-NOTICE

If a client believes that content was removed in error, a counter-notice may be submitted including:

identification of the removed content

a statement of good faith belief that removal was a mistake

consent to jurisdiction of applicable courts

a physical or electronic signature

REPEAT INFRINGERS

Disruptive Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Disruptive Studio acts as a service provider and does not actively monitor user content.

Disruptive Studio shall not be liable for user-generated content or third-party materials.

POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in removal of content, suspension, or termination of access to the Software.
